I remember the daunting task of beginning supervision and it can feel overwhelming!
I hope to help this process be a direct and encouraging space, while working towards this important personal and career-fulfilling goal.
My approach will be relaxed, inviting, while also reflective, skills-based and we’ll add in humor at times! I was lucky to have a wonderful enriched supervision experience, and I hope to pass that along to my fellow social workers! I focus on varying modalities and approaches to become a more skilled clinician. I also focus on flexibility, directness, self-care and best practices to decrease burnout!
I offer lunch hour, late afternoon and evening individual and group supervision.

Cost / Hours:
4 hours/month supervision for a full-time LMSW
$400 monthly for individual
$300 monthly for group
