A Relational Life

The circles represent three core aspects of relational living: Empathy, Vulnerability and Accountability intertwined. A balanced, healthy relationship exists when partners maintain their sense of self, while also growing together emotionally and working toward common goals with accountability. Utilizing relational skills with one another will result in a stronger, more integrated relationship.

My therapeutic stance is client-centered from a person-in-environment and cultural perspective. The quality of the relationship between the therapist and the client is paramount. It's through this relationship that healing and growth occur. I join a person-centered and direct approach to initiate change.
